Ordering FAQ

Once I submit an email order, when will I receive a confirmation?   You should hear back from us within 24 hours.  If you do not hear back in that time frame then assume Cookie Monster hacked your email and ate it.  In that event, you can call 248-320-9012 to see if your order was received.  

What is the latest I can place an order before the date of my event? Because each cookie is hand crafted especially for you, a 3 day notice is required for most orders, depending on the size of the order.  Larger orders (ex: graduations and weddings) will need at least a 1 week lead time.  Orders that are placed less than 24 hours before pick up will be charged a $20 express fee.   

What is the minimum amount needed to place an order? Minimum order is $25.  Orders over $50 require a 50% deposit.  The deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before scheduled pick up.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash,  checks, Visa and Master Card.  If you plan to use a credit card, you will be sent an invoice via PayPal.  

How will I receive my cookies?  We are located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.  You will arrange a pick up time when you place your order.

How much do your cookies cost? Cookies are priced individually.  Using the following assortment, here is an example of pricing:
